• If a shipment arrives with obvious damage don’t accept delivery from the Post Office. It will be returned at no expense to you.
  • We must receive notification of an error or desire to return an item within 5 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we do not receive any requested information within 5 days. The delivery date will be posted on the Delivery Confirmation page.
  • If any damage is claimed we may need to see photos of the damage.
  • If an item is returned, the original shipping paid on the order may not be refunded.
  • Returned items need to be in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Books, Magazines, Comics, Trade Paperbacks, and Graphic Novels are not accepted for return or exchange.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Any sealed packaged goods will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened and the contents exposed.
    (e.g. Cards, DVDs, Action Figures, Lego Packs, etc…)

If an item is returned without pre-approval, NO RETURN WILL BE GIVEN.

  1. Use the Returns Form below to start the process of returning an item to us.
  2. Give as many relevant details as possible.
  3. If there are multiple items being returned, please list them and their problems in the details section.
  4. Send the form.
  5. Please wait patiently until we review the case and contact you with further instructions.
